Swimming Bowls

These fully functional pools are designed to be emptied and skated after Summer’s end. The names and addresses have been omitted to protect the innocent.

    Portland Maine has a mellow kidney at their public park. Needs pool coping. Could it function as a swimming pool? How do people prep a bowl like this for use as a pool after ripping it 9 months out of the year?

    Sorry, should have been more clear. I would like to duplicate the Portland bowl, but also for use as a functioning back yard swimming pool. I am wondering about the maintenance? thanks
