The Riverside Park features a 6,000 sq. ft. Skateplaza with a mix of banks, ledges, fun box, stairs, rails, Local Granite pier 7 block, step-ups, and a Granite manual pad/ledge.
This Skatepark was the result of the Design/Build process with many in-kind donations of materials, labor, and equipment. Many thanks to the Skate Mt. Airy Committee and the Tony Hawk Foundation.

I’d have to say that this park is super fun and flows very well to be a plaza. You can skate specific pieces of the park, or get good lines going. A huge thanks to everyone at Artisan for their help and positive outlook towards our park and our goal. Still going strong, and a really RAD park! Come skate and hang out. Its a good time!
